The founder, Jill Summerhays, comes in to town to provide our new franchise operators training in blending the fresh fruit smoothies that started it all. Next our Area Developers, or Directors of Regional Support (DRS, as we call them), share a presentation on their role in the franchise system; this being the best form of local support. The entire Mainland participates in training from product preparation to business planning. Training concludes with a Luau Graduation ceremony in pure Maui Wowi Hawaiian style. The latest additions to our proud ‘Ohana are sent out to start building their businesses their way with the full support of a dedicated “Wingman” – the core of our exclusive Unparalleled Support program. This team of experts is committed to providing critical support to our franchise operators, old and new, every step of the way. But the support does not stop there. Maui Wowi Hawaiian franchise operators have a Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) to provide further local assistance. The role of the FAC is to provide a direct link between the franchise operator and franchisor. Combined with the Directors of Regional Support and Wingmen, each franchise operator within the Maui Wowi Hawaiian system is provided all of the support needed to build their business their way!
